This week we've welcomed our new trainee Harry Sherlock to the Fire & Earth team. Harry has just completed a degree in Sports Coaching and Sports Massage & Exercise Science at Buxton University. He also has a Level 3 Sports Massage qualification along with Level 2 gym instructor. He has coached at the Buxton Hockey Club and played for Leek Hockey Club as well as being their sports therapist and rehabilitator for a couple of years. Welcome to the team!
Well, the bank holiday has come round quickly, but we don't take a break! Our Studio CV34, Simply Gym Coventry & Hinckley studios will be all open as normal. The Quadrant will be closed for the day.

Great morning at Coventry Tri on Sunday. Perfect weather and amazing support from all the volunteers and organisers. We also raised some money for Zoë's Place Hospice Coventry - thank you for all your donations, such a good cause!

The Fire & Earth team will be at the Coventry Sprint Tri at the Xcel Sports Centre on 21st May 2017 offering pre and post-event massages and taping. This is a great event, especially if you haven't done a triathlon before.
Don't forget, we'll be at the Tempo Events Leicester Big 10k on Sunday. Good luck if you are running and make sure you come & find us after your run for a post-event massage!
