A life coach doesn't tell you what to do. They help you move on from where you are now to where you would like to be. You identify together:

A Fire and Earth life coach asks you the right questions so that you come up with the right answers yourself. Then they help you put this plan into action in a professional and positive way.
The sessions are structured and goal-oriented. They take place in a comfortable, non-judgmental and completely confidential environment. We don't dwell on the past. Instead, we start with the end in mind and help you to look forward. Together we identify your desired outcome, your strengths and potential. We help you build your confidence and focus positively. We clarify and embark on a specific agreed course of action, and we help you find the motivation to achieve it.

| How much coaching is required? | |
For the most effective results, a course of at least 6 individual sessions is normally recommended. Our clients quickly feel calmer, more refreshed and more purposeful. You can also attend a coaching workshop that will provide and action plan at the end.
