New exercise class...you are going to love it!
Designed with you in mind you will start with an introductory AAA assessment. This will let us figure out your starting point and allow us to benchmark your progress. From the get go you will learn how to move in the correct way ready to build up to strength exercises for your whole body. Through the weeks you will move onto dynamic movements and core stability, finishing on a final AAA assessment so you can see how much you've improved over only 6 weeks! Ready to repeat if you wish. :-)
We listened to lots of clients who were struggling to find the time to get the essential exercises done. They lacked motivation which was made worse by the fact that they weren't totally sure if they were doing them correctly.

Spaces are limited to 15 per class to provde the best possible coaching to each of you. Places are going fast so book in now.
Our 6 week exercise class is taught by Harry who is a Sports massage therapist, qualified coach and strength and conditioning master. :-) He is super friendly and really keen to teach people how to prevent injury and build long term strength.
You can come along to any of the classes at any time. They are designed in a 6 weekly progressive format so you will gain the maximum benefit by coming along from the start if you can.
Week 1 - AAA assessment including squat & split squat patterns, bridge, ankle mobility, plank, side plank ability and overhead squat.
Week 2 - Introduction to movement. Lower body strength with correct movement.
Week 3 - Workouts building strength and endurance.
Week 4 - Progressing on week before with workouts designed to push you in the right way.
Week 5 - Dynamic core movements
Week 6 - AAA revisited
