About Me
I am a Sports Therapist who graduated from Coventry University with a high 2.1.
During my degree, I was fortunate enough to have a placement year with the a
professional ice hockey team, as well as a clinic where I was able to work with
a variety of people; professional athletes as well as the general public.
I now work for the Coventry Blaze alongside Fire & Earth and have also
been away with the GB U20's Ice hockey team to the World Championships, in December 2021 as the head sports therapist. Additionally, working for the Men's team, Woman’s U18s and Woman’s U16s at training camps.
I enjoy playing tennis, going bouldering and going to the gym. As a 15-year-old
I injured both of my shoulders playing tennis and had to see a sports
physiotherapist. Seeing how much they helped me personally made me sure
that I wanted to do the same for others. I have a passion for making people
realise they don't need to put up with their injuries and helping them return
to a better way of living using massage, mobilisation and exercise.
Exercise is an excellent tool for maintaining the hands-on benefits gained from the treatment we offer at Fire & Earth.
