I am a qualified Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist having completed my Level 4 Diploma back in 2004, and I currently study Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy. I am also a tutor and assessor for our Level 3 and 4 sports massage therapy courses. I work at our Quadrant clinic in Coventry City Centre. one day per week whilst my study continues. 

 

Since starting my therapy journey almost 20 years ago, I have learnt so much from regular CPD courses and from the rest of our amazing team. Collaborating with fellow therapist has always been important to me and one of the reasons I started Fire & Earth in 2008. Over the years we have build a fanstastic network of clinics that support each other and our client to provide the best service we can and get you all back to full fitness as quick as possible.  

 

My passion lies in helping people feel better, be it recovery from injury, or a relaxing massage that reliefs tension and stress. I use multiple modalities from massage to spinal manipulations to get you back on track and feeling yourself.  

 

In my spare time I love to go on long dog walks, go to the gym, practice some yoga, and spend time with family and friends.
