I am a fully qualified sports massage therapist. I gained my Level 3 Diploma in Sport Massage from Fire and Earth massage academy, then further developed my skills completing a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy Certificate. 

 

I am enthusiastic about helping people release tension and feel better physically so that they can continue to do the activities they enjoy. As someone who has previously spent a lot of time sitting at a desk for work I have felt the benefit of sports massage to help relieve everyday stressors and tension as well as the benefit of maintenance massage when I have been training for events such as the Coventry half marathon. 

 

I am an advocate for the benefits sports massage has on our physical and mental health and wellbeing. It is a real privilege to be able to contribute to someone leaving the clinic feeling better than when they arrived. 

 

When I’m not working I enjoy getting out for walks in all weathers, and camping (when the weather is drier!).
